Left-hand and right-hand are referenced from the point of view of the tractor operator.
The flat backside of the belt rides on flat idlers; the inside vee rides in v-idlers and pulleys.

Remove the bolt (#2, blue) holding the engine stack pulley and lower the pulley enough to clear the belt guides (#2, yellow).
Bring the belt forward over the steering sector gear and its support brace and to the left-hand side of the steering shaft (the bottom of which ends with the pinion gear #3, white). Snake the belt around the larger engine pulley, onto the smaller pulley and tighten the pulley back into place.
Loop the back end of the belt around the transmission pulley (#4).
Lastly, set the parking brake to allow slack and run the belt around the idler pulleys (#5), loosening pulleys or belt guides as needed.
