- #1. Engine pulley and first idler pulley
First, remove mower deck (#1). It is not necessary to remove the electric PTO clutch.

- #2. First idler, near engine pulley, belt around steering shaft
Remove two carriage bolts and nuts from the steering support (#4). You can now rotate the support as needed to maneuver belt.

- #3. Belt at midpoint
Remove cotter pin and clevis pin from transmission linkage (#3, green arrow).

- #4. Belt above steering support
Disconnect drag link from steering arm (#8, green arrow).

- #5. Idlers near tranny
It is now possible remove the old belt and install a new one.
