Remove 10mm nut to remove carb bowl (#1).
#2 shows a view of the carb from the bottom after removal of the carb bowl. The float, float hinge pin, bowl gasket, and main jet can be seen. Slide the float hinge pin out to remove float and float needle.
After removal of the float the float seat is visible (#3).
The float needle is attached to the float (#4) (bottom view).
The main jet unscrews from the center pedestal of the carb #5). The nozzle then slides out.
The main jet has a hole in its center which must be clean (#6).
The nozzle has a series of small holes which must be clear (#7).
#8 shows the choke lever in place. Toward the top left, the idle speed stop screw can be seen.
After removing the idle speed screw, the pilot collar (low speed jet retainer) can be pulled out (#9).
The pilot jet pulls straight out (#10).
In #11 a wire shows the small passage which must be clear.
